Job Description

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
  • Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments

Job Description

  • Objective Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Key Activities

  • Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, treasury and budgeting).
  • Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Responsible for cash flow management and maintaining lines of credit.
